Why did you write this book?

I wrote The Infinite Union as a way to make sense of the profound teachings of Kashmir Shaivism and to integrate them into my daily life. My journey began with a personal crisis—feeling disconnected in my relationship and within myself—which led me to explore healing practices and spiritual traditions like modern Tantra, and ultimately, Kashmir Shaivism. Writing this book allowed me to distill this ancient, complex tradition into something practical and relatable, helping me apply its wisdom to the challenges and joys of everyday life. I’m not writing as a master but as a fellow seeker, sharing my process of understanding and living these teachings, and inviting you to explore how they might resonate with your own journey.
